Team Leaders

Lead and coordinate teams on site, ensuring projects are delivered to a high standard, safely and efficiently. Experience in leading landscaping or ecological teams, combined with NPTC, Lantra or SSSTS qualifications, is preferred.

What we look for

• A strong connection to nature and a desire to work outdoors
  
  

• Reliability, problem-solving, and a team-oriented mindset
  
  

• Experience in environmental or landscaping work, or enthusiasm to learn
  
  

• NPTC, Lantra, CPCS, NPORS or similar qualifications are highly valued
  
  

• A full UK driving licence is a bonus
